1 General Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement that applies to the use of the hhbb platform and all its services. This document governs the relationship between you and hhbb.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Transactions on hhbb can only be made through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. These are the only accepted methods.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposited funds must come only from the payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The relevant wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hhbb offers a welcome bonus for new members. The following terms apply to the use of this bonus:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Another example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Bonuses are for personal entertainment only. Misuse of bonuses may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another.
• hhbb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

6 Gaming Rules

Each game category available on hhbb has its own rules. General rules:

• The outcome of all games is determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
• For sports betting, results depend on the official score or announcement.
• hhbb is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection.
• If the account balance runs out during a game, the bet will be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using false information or someone else's identity.
• Exploiting the bonus system or participating in bonus fraud.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Playing on a third party's account or placing bets on behalf of others.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by hhbb

hhbb may suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned (subject to terms being met).

9 Limitation of Liability

hhbb is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, hhbb is not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or power outages.
• Loss or theft of account information due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or failures in the services of third-party payment providers.
• Unforeseen technical issues or server downtime.
• Liability for violation of local laws in the user's country.

In any case of loss, hhbb's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction concerned.

10 Responsible Gaming
